Diamond Destiny Gardner is a 0-year-old the tritagonist in the Warner Animation Group's 2016 film Storks. She is an infant who has "ninja skills" due to her brother, Nate to requesting to the storks that she has them. She is voiced by Tara Strong.

Character biography

Nate Gardner's parents are workaholics who neglect him. He decides he want a brother, so he writes a letter to the storks asking for one. After Tulip accidentally inserts Nate's letter into the Baby Maker, a girl is created and put into a metal pod. Junior is worried about what to do with her, he tries to deliver her but is unable to fly after breaking a wing, so both Tulip and Junior go into an adventure to deliver her to her family.

Appearance

She is a small baby with short pink hair tied up in a pigtail held with black hair tie. She has dark blue eyes. Her nose is shaped like a little circle, and her ears are big. She only wears a beige diaper.

Personality

Her personality seems to be hot-tempered, picky & cries when she gets what she doesn't want or is just like any other baby she refuses her food. She is a sweet, adorable, yet typical baby who can be demanding, stubborn, and vocal when she doesn't get what she wants. As the catalyst for the adventure, she is highly irresistible, energetic, and loved by Junior and Tulip. She is also charming, charismatic, affectionate, expressive, vocal, highly animated, bright, cheerful, noisy, endearing, innocent and joyful.

Her name does not appear at the end of credits.

When Junior finally delivers Diamond Destiny to her new family and says good bye to her, he envisions her future. During that mind sequence, when Diamond Destiny is depicted as a ballerina, she bares a striking resemblance to Tulip with a similar hair style. This could be a tribute to the fact that she and Tulip have the same birthday. Plus, it could signify her relationship with Tulip, not to mention they each have a similar hair color (Tulip's being red and Diamond Destiny's being pink which is the mixture of red and white).
